Stay Dekho offers private, hand-picked homes and villas that provide more space, privacy, and a “home-away-from-home” feel. Unlike hotels, you get exclusive access to the entire property, often including private pools, kitchens, and personalized service.

 

Booking is simple and direct. Once you find a property you love, click the “Book via Website or WhatsApp” button. Our team will instantly assist you with availability, pricing, and secure payment details to confirm your stay.

It means premium quality. We ensure our properties meet high standards of cleanliness, luxury aesthetics, and guest comfort, similar to top-tier boutique rental platforms.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Yes, if a listing mentions a private pool, it is exclusively for your group’s use. We ensure regular maintenance and filtration for hygiene.

Policies & Logistics

Cancellations made 14 days or more before check-in receive a full refund (minus processing fees). Cancellations within 7–14 days receive a 50% refund. Bookings cancelled within 7 days of arrival are non-refundable.

 

We love furry friends! However, pet policies vary by property. Look for the “Pet Friendly” tag on the listing or ask our team via WhatsApp before booking.

Yes, a fully refundable security deposit is collected at the time of check-in to cover any incidental damages. This is typically returned within 24–48 hours after a smooth check-out.

 

Absolutely. As per government regulations, all guests (including children) must provide a valid government-approved photo ID (Aadhar, Driving License, or Passport) before or during check-in.

Booking & Payments

Once you confirm your dates, our team will share a secure payment link or official UPI/Bank Transfer details. We support all major Indian payment methods, including:

  • UPI: GPay, PhonePe, Paytm

  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks

Yes. To secure your dates, we typically require a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% must be settled at the time of check-in.

Our website displays the base rental price. Applicable GST 18% on service and any additional service charges will be clearly detailed in the final quote sent to you on mail before you pay.

Since our rentals are high-end private homes with premium furniture and amenities, a refundable security deposit is collected. This acts as a guarantee against accidental damages or deep-cleaning requirements.

The security deposit is generally refunded following a thorough inspection of the property to ensure no damages have occurred during your stay.

Refund Timeline & Process:

  • When: The refund process is initiated at check-out time.

  • How: Once the property manager or staff confirms that the villa is in its original condition, the amount is processed back to your original payment method or via a direct bank transfer.

We understand plans change. Our standard policy is:

  • 15+ days before check-in: Full refund (minus a 5% processing fee).

  • 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund.

  • Less than 7 days: No refund.

  • Note: Peak season bookings are generally non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to the homeowner’s approval and availability. If allowed, a rescheduling fee may apply, and any difference in seasonal pricing must be covered by the guest.

Help & Support

Our properties are primarily for peaceful stays. Small gatherings may be allowed with prior written permission and an additional event fee. Unauthorized parties are strictly prohibited to respect the neighborhood.

Each property has a dedicated on-site caretaker or a virtual concierge available via WhatsApp to help you with any needs, from technical issues to local recommendations.

Yes! For stays longer than 15 days, we offer special “Workation” rates. Contact us directly for a custom quote.
